The mooring fee varies from marina to marina. It also depends on the size of the boat. The mooring fee for catamaran is usually charged double than the mooring fee for the monohull of the same size. The average price is around 50 - 70 EUR per day for the boat 43 ft long. If you have already settled your sailing route you can check the prices on the websites of marinas on your route. On the other hand, most of the anchorages are free.

Apart from the marinas in Croatia mentioned below, there are other moorings on small island places and ports. The mooring prices in some places are significantly lower than the price of berths in a marina, and the prices range from 3 EUR to 6 EUR per meter of the sailing boat. Some places offer only water and electricity; the others only mooring on buoys in order to minimize the traffic jam in their small ports. The price of buoy mooring or on the shore of the place usually includes the collection of garbage. In Croatian national parks such as, for instance on the island of Mljet, the berth price usually includes a ticket for the national park.

The prices depends on the number of persons - up to 3 pax - the price is 60 EUR (one way), and from 3 up to 8 pax - 75 EUR.

As you are already familiar the charter period in Croatia in high season is always Saturday - Saturday.

The check in procedure begins on Saturday, and our office works from 08:00h - 20:00h for you. You can come an time to the marina and do the office check in and handle all the paperwork. Please don't forget:

• To fill out the crew list in advance
• Send us the copy of your skipper's license and VHF
• Print out your Boarding pass

After we do all the paperwork and handle the remaining payments, we still need to wait for a green light from the ponton. The cleaning staff and our sailors need to confirm that the boat is ready for you.

You will get the needed boat map - with all necessary papers to sail out of the ACI marina Split, and proceed to the technical check in with the sailor.

You will go through every detail on the boat with a check list you sign after. You are able to look over the boat, and ask any questions you have. Our team is glad to help you regarding everything you will need.

Now - sail out and enjoy your week!

Please be aware that you need to be back in ACI marina Split on Friday till 18:00h. Now is the time for the technical check out. You need to bring the boat back in the same condition as on the check in - with full fuel tank! Also, the diver checks the boat, and checks if everything is as it was. If everything is ok - then we have an official document which the diver signed that the divers check is ok!

After you have done the check out, you need to come back to the office with the paper of the boat, and check out in the office.

You are able to oversleep on the boat till Saturday morning till 09:00h.

For a bareboat charer holiday in Croatia you need to have valid certifications. We require a valid skipper’s licence and a VHF license! Both of them need to shown in the office on the check - in - ORIGINAL.

Without the original license, we are not able to confirm you your charter / boat. So please make sure you have the original license with you during your holiday. In case you don’t have the original licenses you will be forced to hire a skipper for your charter week.

If you don’t have a valid license or just don’t feel safe/ to sail around Adriatic Sea - a skipper is definitely someone who will help you and experience with you the most beautiful places and guide you through. Also the hostess - is someone who can make you charter week even more enjoyable.

You can always contact us, and we will give our best to provide you a skipper/ hostess that fits your needs and preferences.

If, for any reason, the Charterer is unable to take over the Vessel, he/she may find another person who will enter the Contract in his/her place. If no replacement can be found, the charter company retains:

• 30% of the charter rental in the case of cancellation by the Charterer after the booking has been confirmed
• the entire amount of the charter rental in the case of cancellation by the Charterer within a calendar month prior to the beginning of the Charter period.

You can also check with the booking department if you are able to change the booking, if you are not able to come.

In Croatia, tourist accommodation tax is known as Sojourn Tax. Amounting 1,33 EUR per person per day for visitors aged 18 or over. Payable in local currency (EUR) at check-in.

Children up to 12 years of age are not charged Croatian Tourist Tax and children between 12 and 18 years of age are changed 0,67 EUR per day.

The extra charges are the tourist tax - which needs to be paid in the office in Croatian currency, and the transit log which includes - final cleaning, bedlinen, cooking gas, cockpit cushions, towels (1 set per person - 2pcs), WiFI (unlimited), and for catamarans the outboard engine and beach towels are also included in the transit log.

A soft bag is definitely the best choice. You are able to store them easily and to have more space on a boat - which we all know is precious.

Yes, we offer one way services.

The conditions to charter a boat one way are:

• our skipper for the whole charter period
• disembarkation on Friday till 09:00h
• one way fee + berth charge on the disembarkation day

One way fees:

• Sailing boats – 400,00 EUR
• Catamarans - 500,00 EUR
